I used to struggle with accounting, but I didn't give up. Despite my low GPA, I kept pushing forward. Failing exams was tough, but passing boosted my confidence. Now, I'm a CPA. If I can do it, anyone can. It's about dedication and perseverance, not just smarts.
Here's what helped me:
Making a list of fun things to do after passing exams kept me motivated.
I'd study hard all week and then reward myself with something fun on weekends.
Crying sometimes helped release the pressure, but I always got back up.
Reading success stories in this group kept me going.
Watching motivational videos on YouTube gave me a boost.
Praying and talking to God gave me strength.
Sharing my struggles with friends for support and motivation was key.
Big thanks to this group for being an amazing support system! Keep pushing forward!
I realized i'm little late to your post but Congratulations! After taking four audit tests, I have not yet received my results or passed any exams. Two and a half years of inconsistency. Hard to keep going when I haven't passed, but this kind of post is helpful. Just rescheduled the audit for the fifth time, with the goal of passing the BEC by the end of the year. On this road, It requires a great deal of endurance; reading postings such as yours is beneficial on this path!
That's incredible, congrats! I've only passed far out of nine examinations. The content you write is incredibly motivating. With a 2.3 gpa, I barely made it through college and graduated. Like you, I want to strive my hardest and maintain the same energy till I pass.
This creates hope in me. Although I passed the audit, I'm still awaiting the results of my sixth FAR exam. It will give me a lot more inspiration to keep going after I get over this mental barrier.
Congrats! This post served as a helpful reminder to keep going as I get up early on Saturdays to study for my FAR retest.
